Preset encoding Ekologgia's engineering conventions, derived from the notaimmo-backend monorepo (CLAUDE.md, docs/architecture.md, docs/workflows.md, and the property-intelligence fail-closed ADR).

Rules enforced: French-canonical docs with a regenerated English mirror, dated ADRs for non-trivial decisions, fail-closed external integrations, explicit monorepo scope, single shared data model in packages/core, declared guards and roles per route, and explicit verification since the repo's CI runs deployment only and never the tests.

Composes with append on four extension points (spec, plan and tasks templates, plus the implement command) rather than replacing core templates, so it stacks with other presets.
