Preset encoding Ekologgia's engineering conventions, derived from the notaimmo-backend monorepo (CLAUDE.md, docs/architecture.md, docs/workflows.md, and the property-intelligence fail-closed ADR). Rules enforced: French-canonical docs with a regenerated English mirror, dated ADRs for non-trivial decisions, fail-closed external integrations, explicit monorepo scope, single shared data model in packages/core, declared guards and roles per route, and explicit verification since the repo's CI runs deployment only and never the tests. Composes with `append` on four extension points (spec, plan and tasks templates, plus the implement command) rather than replacing core templates, so it stacks with other presets.
