Public BinkleyTerm Style Outbound (BSO) spool (FTS-5005.003) and async binkp 1.0/1.1 client/server (FTS-1026.001, FTS-1027.001, FSP-1024.000) for Python 3.12+.

Features

• BSO spool (golded_ftn_binkp.bso): Domain-scoped outbound roots, zone and point layout, .bsy/.csy O_EXCL locks, deadlock-free multi-AKA lock ordering, idempotent publish of direct packets and flow-referenced payloads, full FTS-5005.003 flow prefix set, ArcMail weekday slot allocation with 0-byte reclaim, and acknowledge_sent flow actions.
• Binkp (golded_ftn_binkp.binkp): Asyncio client and server for binkp 1.0/1.1 with CRAM-MD5 by default (secrets.token_hex(16), hmac.compare_digest on ASCII bytes), session AddressLock (csy=True, timeout=0.0) mapped to M_BSY, receiver-generated inbound names, .part staging, resume, and durable InboundReceipt before M_GOT.
• Confidentiality by construction: repr() of path, payload, hash, and password fields is suppressed. str(error) exposes only the error code.

This package does not implement TLS or CRYPT.
