回答「plugin_manager 不是 DSH 自带的吗」：是自带的，两样都在 dsh-base 里
（工具行 disabled: true 是基线给的关；服务行 plugin-manager 是
!!js "!ctx.get('profileContext')"）。我们 preset 里那行不是提供功能，是拨自己的开关——
base 补丁头部注释给了官方理由：patch 整份替换 config 不合并，所以「按模式取值的行不放这里，
由每个 mode bundle 各自重述完整配置」，本机 rc.2 转储对得上（standard/ptc 各写 true，
Creator 的 preset-cordis 写那个表达式）。
顺着这个问题查出我埋的真隐患：D17 落地时我写了 disabled: false（无条件开），
但服务行自己是有条件的，而 tools 行要注入 ctx.pluginManager
⇒ 没有 profileContext 的启动里服务关着、工具行却要它，缺服务按 D16 拒挂整条 preset
（不是少一个工具，是整个 AutoGamer preset 挂不上）。已改成跟随服务的表达式并在注释里写明
为什么不能写 false；两份 YAML 同步。
live 复验修正没关掉能力：web profile 新会话工具面仍 7 个、含 plugin_manager，0 启动错误。
另更正 google#25 的过度陈述：自举起点是官方 Creator preset，不需要我们的 bundle 先存在；
真正剩下的边界只是「同一 preset 内自装同名新版本会撞 google#22 的旧 junction」。
