fix(gosec): skip sources without Go files - #940

Conversation
gosec exits 1 without output when the source tree has no Go files, so frontend only plugins were reported as an incomplete scan and failed validation. The analyzer now skips gosec when the source contains no Go files.

Skips gosec when the source code contains no Go files. gosec exits 1 without output in that case, which #858 reports as an incomplete scan, so every frontend-only plugin with source code fails validation.
