# graphrefly-react — agent context

Read `CLAUDE.md` for repository scope and authority boundaries. This repository owns its React binding
and presentation work; GraphReFly engine and protocol authority remain in `~/src/graphrefly-ts` and
`~/src/graphrefly`.

Before decision or work admission, design review, dispatch, QA, long-running goal progression,
live/provider/spend authorization, retry, or stalled-work recovery, load and follow the personal
`$project-governance` skill at `~/.codex/skills/project-governance/SKILL.md`. This is a
cross-project process floor, not package or GraphReFly product authority. Keep local IDs, records and
gates independent unless an explicitly approved GraphReFly family contract requires a qualified link.
