Renaming a root network tag now keeps the applicability every modification had, owned or shared: whatever a modification held for the new tag is overwritten, or dropped when it held nothing for the old one.

GET /containers/references, returning the shared modifications reachable from containers, including through other shared modifications, so that the study can check the write permission on them before a rename.Goes with gridsuite/study-server#1104 and gridsuite/gridstudy-app#4209.
