… tools/buildservice branch The one-time setup cloned and checked out tools/buildservice, which was deleted after #564 merged. A new clone with those commands fails, and an existing clone on that branch cannot update itself, so deploy.sh keeps running an old copy of itself (seen on montage-dev). On production the clone was an old checkout from before the buildservice, without tools/deploy.sh at all, until it was pulled to master on 2026-10-04. Clone master, and for an existing clone fetch, check out master and pull. The deploy.sh header (~/montage) is corrected separately in #630. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
