[scanner] sync-hive-docs: ADRs 0018–0024 are not synced to the docs site #358

Summary
scripts/sync-hive-docs.ts hardcodes the synced ADR pages up to adr/0017-podman-quadlet-lifecycle.md. Hive v5 (the branch the sync tracks) now has seven more:
adr/0018-dashboard-design-tokens.mdadr/0019-escalation-over-stalling.mdadr/0020-external-work-source-boundary.mdadr/0021-planning-engine-boundary.mdadr/0022-opt-in-earned-codex-reset-redemption.mdadr/0023-trusted-author-automerge.mdadr/0024-provider-credential-lifecycle.md
Because they are not in the list, the synced /docs/hive/adr/readme rewrites their entries to raw github.com/hivecommons/hive/blob/v5/... links (see docs/content/hive/adr/readme.md lines 58+ after a sync) instead of hosting them on the docs site like 0001–0017. ADR-0019 in particular is the one agents are told to follow for escalation, so it should be readable on the site.
Fix
Add the seven { source: "adr/00NN-….md" } entries to the ADR block in scripts/sync-hive-docs.ts (after line 77). No other change needed: the sync derives route/slug from the path, and check-internal-links / the sync tests cover the rest.
Verified against git ls-tree origin/v5 src/docs/adr/ in hivecommons/hive on 2026-10-17.

Folded finding. This was filed as a separate issue, but 1 open agent-filed issue (plus 7 closed as completed in the last 14 days) already cite
scripts/sync-hive-docs.ts, so it was folded into the oldest of them instead of opening another. scripts/sync-hive-docs.ts:60 syncs hivecommons/hive v5 src/docs/adr/README.md as the ADR index. On v5 that README (lines 56-60) links 0018, 0019, 0022, 0023, 0024 but not 0020-spek-continuous-convergence.md, so the page added at scripts/sync-hive-docs.ts:80 will be hosted but unreachable from the index until the upstream README is fixed in hivecommons/hive. Not caused by this PR; backlog for the hive repo.
