public/llms.txt is the machine-readable entry point to the docs site. Its ## Community section lists only two pages — What is Hive Commons and Join Hive Commons — and leaves out the third page in the sidebar's Community section, Community meetings (/docs/community/meetings, registered in src/app/docs/page-map.ts NAV_STRUCTURE_GENERAL, live with HTTP 200). It also lists none of the ways to reach the community, even though the Join page does: the mailing list (https://hivecommons.dev/join), Discord (https://hivecommons.dev/discord) and meeting recordings (https://hivecommons.dev/tv).

So an assistant answering "how do I get involved with Hive Commons?" from llms.txt finds no meeting, chat channel, or mailing list.

Why Now

llms.txt was recently extended to every project's docs (#354) and refreshed in the docs-rot audit (#430), but the Community section was never updated to match the sidebar. The biweekly community meeting is the main onboarding venue named on the Join page.

Proposed Action

• Add Community meetings (https://docs.hivecommons.dev/docs/community/meetings) to the ## Community section of public/llms.txt, with the schedule from src/config/community-meetings.ts (every other Thursday, 10:00 AM Eastern)
• Add the mailing list, Discord and recordings links, using the same hivecommons.dev short links as docs/content/community/join-hive-commons.md
• Add a changelog.d/ fragment
