Release bump is consistent. Cargo.toml, Cargo.lock, and all four SKILL.md version fields move 0.31.0 -> 0.32.0. The CHANGELOG heading spacing matches the existing generated pattern.
CI at review time: changelog, fmt, scenario-parity, Release plan, and Aikido passed. CI test and Integration Tests integration were still in progress.
