Introduce dependency connection between each task + dependency graph tab to view them #42

What problem does this solve?

• Each task right now has no dependency, so we can face dependency tree between tasks that has depth of 8-10+ sequential tasks
• No limits for depth at the moment, so we can have infinite sequential task tree, introduce depth_limit for each lead
• No way to prevent and resolve depth limit overflow right now, so we can introduce depth_limit_overflow_action for that

What would you like to see?

• Introduce dependency graph in UI

• introduce depth_limit and depth_limit_overflow_action settings. depth_limit setting configures task dependency graph depth limit. depth_limit_overflow_action describes action that will be triggered on depth_limit overflow. I propose initial two enum values for depth_limit_overflow_action: user_resolve, lead_resolve. Default for depth_limit=4 and default for depth_limit_overflow_action=user_resolve
