Moves the "Frontend i18n rules" section from the root
CLAUDE.mdinto a newsrc/web/CLAUDE.md. The section text is unchanged.Why
Claude Code loads the root
CLAUDE.mdin every session. A nestedCLAUDE.mdloads only when Claude works with files under that directory. The i18n rules only apply tosrc/web/(templates, JS, and locales undersrc/web/static/locales/), so they now load only when they are relevant. This saves about 750 tokens of context in every other session (estimated at 4 characters per token).The rules that apply repo-wide stay in the root file: language policy, secrets, and script organization.
