🔍 Context

This PR aims to make the following changes to the system defaults edit flow:

• Add menu options to edit defaults or surface config drift
• Convert singular default edit to edit defaults form (update many at the same time)
• When defaults have been updated automatically open the identify config drift drawer
• Add deploy applied configs tab to the identify config drift drawer
• Prevent clickaway when sources have applied changes and show warning
