The nightly regression runs for Connector Quable took longer than 60 minutes, causing the test to fail with the message:
Error: The operation was canceled.(https://github.com/ibexa/commerce/actions/runs/33938489398/job/101233066178#step:20:46)This PR increases the timeout limit to 120 minutes.
