Furture release from Main will contain a great number of changes. We'll number it 1.13.0 rather than a patch release of 1.12 to reflect this.

We will likely also have a 1.12 patch release with a selection of the changes that will go in 1.13.0 (so that certain issues can be fixed on a version of a plugin that's compatible with older versions of Openfire).
