Add a standing instruction to update Daniel while work is in flight

Summary

Adds one standing rule to the root AGENTS.md, immediately before the existing "Speaking to Daniel" heading:

## Updates

While a job is in flight, give Daniel updates as the work progresses. Do not report only when the result lands.

No other line in the file is changed. CLAUDE.md and Claude.md are not added.

Test plan

• Diff is a four-line insertion only: the Updates heading, a blank line, the rule sentence, and the blank line before "Speaking to Daniel"
• The rest of AGENTS.md is unchanged
• CLAUDE.md and Claude.md are still absent
