Summary

Adds a Knowledge base section to AGENTS.md. Compiler context, Audience, Updates, Speaking to Daniel, and the merge-without-waiting rule are unchanged. The version number is unchanged.

The knowledge base is the Neon project personal-kb, database kb, branch main. ilo project files are documents rows whose path starts with ilo/. Personal and cross-agent notes are the notes and links tables. Agents read and write that store through Neon.

/workspace/ilo/kb and /Users/dan/code/kb are not the knowledge base. The section notes that an hourly job copies /workspace/ilo/kb into documents under the ilo/ prefix, that the folder is only the write path for that job, and that the folder must not be deleted.

Test plan

• AGENTS.md names personal-kb and database kb
• Audience section and the merge-without-waiting rule are still present
• The file does not tell agents to read or write the knowledge base on the local filesystem
• No other files changed, and the version number is still 0.11.6
