Point the knowledge base at the Neon documents table

Summary

The Knowledge base section at the end of AGENTS.md treated /workspace/ilo/kb as the write path for an hourly copy into Neon, and told agents not to delete that folder. That folder was removed on 2026-10-03 after a verified copy (Neon project personal-kb, database kb, documents table: 790 rows whose path starts with ilo/, against 788 files on disk). Neon is the only knowledge base.

This updates only that section:

• Agents read and write ilo project files in the documents table on project personal-kb, database kb, branch main. Paths start with ilo/.
• Personal notes stay in the notes and links tables in that same database.
• The section does not tell agents to recreate /workspace/ilo/kb or to copy from disk.

The rest of AGENTS.md is unchanged.

Test plan

• Read the Knowledge base section and confirm it names Neon project personal-kb, database kb, branch main, and the documents table.
• Confirm the section does not mention /workspace/ilo/kb as a write path or a folder to keep, and does not tell agents to recreate it or copy from disk.
• Confirm the diff touches only the Knowledge base section.
