ReadPlate has had a canonical Fiji update-site entry since 2020, but it does not currently have an ImageJ wiki plugin page and its old NIH documentation URLs now return 404.
This page adds concise installation, requirements, usage, source/release, and citation information. It links the rebuilt update site and preserves attribution to José María Delfino.
