Proposal for potentially supporting 7 string Rocksmith charts with https://github.com/SomeeName/rs7string
Tuning and chord templates can now keep seven strings. The existing six string charts shouldnt be affected, with the low B stored at index 6. StringLayout handles the difference between storage order and the actual string order.
Dynamic dificulty generation and arrangement checks also account for the extra string.
This does not add playable seven-string export yet though.
All 262 tests pass.
