Align the Infbyte application skeleton with the frozen Foundation 2.0 runtime and application surface.

• exactly four Foundation runtimes: Web, CLI, Worker, Scheduler
• narrow Foundation application core with retired convenience APIs absent
• canonical web request handling
• route/config/command cache lifecycle through the Infbyte CLI wrapper
• canonical module names and install guidance
• skeleton distribution behavior
