[SYCL][E2E] bindless_images/vulkan_interop/external_semaphore_regular_cl.cpp fails intermittently on Linux Arc #23549
Description
bindless_images/vulkan_interop/external_semaphore_regular_cl.cpp, added in #23399, fails intermittently on Linux Arc GPUs with Level Zero:

The test submits a single_task that sets a marker, then ext_oneapi_wait_external_semaphore, and expects the marker to be set before Vulkan signals the semaphore. In the failing runs the marker isn't observed, so the check at line 114 fails.

Unless I'm missing something, that CI run just does not appear to contain #23561

@dkhaldi Yes I think your PR is against older intel/llvm revision and in meantime the fix has been applied.
