Adds end-to-end coverage for IPC-shared USM device memory in SYCL graphs, including command-buffer execution, native recording, and direct Level Zero interoperability.
Changes:
- Adds a shared producer/consumer test that records and replays graphs against IPC memory.
- Adds three test wrappers covering SYCL IPC and Level Zero IPC paths.
- Documents graph compatibility and lifetime requirements for imported IPC pointers.

Tests IPC memory compatibility with SYCL graph native recording and command buffer backends. For native recording, a Level Zero interoperability test is added to match customer use cases.
