Bump gobl.it.sdi to v0.81.0

Picks up simplified invoice support from gobl.it.sdi v0.81.0. The simplified tag now sets it-sdi-format to FSM10 next to TD07, TD08 or TD09, and the addon checks those invoices against the simplified format's rules. Silo resolves the it-sdi addon through this bundle. Until it carries v0.81.0, a simplified invoice gets TD07 in the ordinary format, which SDI doesn't accept.

Changes

• Bumps gobl.it.sdi from v0.77.0 to v0.81.0. The bundle already imports the addon; only the pin moves. v0.78.0 to v0.80.0 only changed the converter, so ordinary invoices validate as before.

gobl build on a simplified invoice now returns it-sdi-format FSM10 and TD07. Silo, gobl.docs and gobl.ts bumps to follow once this is tagged.
