Upgrades the core GOBL requirement to v0.508.0, which moves the Argentina ARCA (ar-arca-v4) and Colombia DIAN (co-dian-v2) addons out of core. Without them in the bundle, both approved addons stop being registered: TestApprovedAddonsAvailable fails for exactly these two on v0.508.0.

Changes

Silo registers its addons through this bundle, so it needs this release to keep handling Argentine and Colombian invoices on GOBL v0.508.0.

Build (including the wasm target), vet, all tests and lint pass locally.

GOBL v0.508.0 moves the Argentina ARCA and Colombia DIAN addons to their
own modules, so the bundle imports gobl.ar.arca v0.0.3 and gobl.co.dian
v0.0.3. The test listing the removed data/addons directory is dropped,
and the schema expectations follow GOBL's new field descriptions and tax
filter schema.
