What kind of change does this PR introduce? Maintenance (Dev Container image upgrade). No source changes, so no new tests. The existing suite still passes at 100% statement, branch, function, and line coverage.

Refresh the Dev Container image pin inside the Node 24 + Debian trixie lineage.
5.2.3-24-trixiewas created on 2026-10-09, so it is at least 7 days old. The digest is the multi-arch index. Node stays on 24, matching.nvmrc. Feature tags are unchanged. There are no Dockerfiles, so there is no Docker build-time image group.Changes
