- README: "Install the skill" for claude.ai, Claude Desktop and Claude Code, how to build and test the ZIP, and what a connector-only user loses. - scripts/build-skill-zip.mjs (npm run build:skill): reproducible skill ZIP; enforces Anthropic's name and 200-char description limits. SKILL.md description shortened from 293 to 198 chars. - Scene transitions: document the real contract (fade, slide, push, wipe, clockWipe, iris, zoom, flip, blur), add a tested example, expose it compactly in get_capabilities (with a short start guide for connector-only users) and warn on SCENE*/TRANSITION_* problems in validate_json. - get_capabilities: shared properties listed once (commonProperties), result is smaller even with the additions. - docs/CAPABILITY-GAP-AUDIT.md: what Studio can do vs what the model is told, the "hundred skills" question, proposed recipe architecture, roadmap.
