Replaces the copy-pasted release workflow with a thin caller of jaysuk/dwc-plugin-workflows (release.yml@v1).

  • .github/workflows/release.yml is now a short caller; build, notes, title and publish logic is shared.
  • scripts/release-footer.mjs is replaced by .github/release-footer.md (plugin-specific footer notes); the install steps, "built against" line and dwc-plugin-update marker are generated from plugin.json.
  • scripts/release.mjs is the shared launcher: npm run release -- X.Y.Z [--push] drafts release notes with Claude into CHANGELOG.md, pauses for review, and commits them with the version bump. --no-notes skips the draft.
  • ci.yml uses dwc-plugin-test-kit v0.2.9 (CI on Node 26).

A manual dry run of the new workflow (Actions -> Release -> Run workflow, on this branch) builds the ZIP and shows the title and notes in the run summary without publishing anything.

Replace the copy-pasted release workflow with a thin caller of
jaysuk/dwc-plugin-workflows (release.yml@v1). The footer script becomes
.github/release-footer.md (plugin-specific notes only); the rest is generated
from plugin.json by the shared workflow.

scripts/release.mjs is now the shared launcher: `npm run release -- X.Y.Z`
drafts release notes with Claude, pauses for review, and commits them with the
version bump. ci.yml uses dwc-plugin-test-kit v0.2.9 (CI on Node 26).
