Grid evaluation reuse is now opt-in through
EvaluationCache. Keys include typed canonical config, replicate id/namespace, explicit simulator/scorer/data revision, fidelity, class code, objective schema and annotation semantics. Reordered grids and expanded replication reuse matching evaluations while independent namespaces remain distinct. Results expose cache identity/context provenance.Adds persistent immutable evidence, bypass without reads/writes, full invalidation, checkpoint-to-cache population, and conflict detection. Opaque configurations and config-mutating evaluators are refused. Callers still manage revisions for instance/external/opaque behavior and must identify actual seed semantics. Concurrent workers may duplicate an absent evaluation before saving; this does not promise exactly-once effects.
Closes #154 (session warm starts shipped in #161).
Validation:
just ciand strict docs build; tests cover persistence, reordered/expanded grids, independent replication, revision/fidelity/objective/annotation changes, bypass/invalidation, typed scalar/container identity, parallel workers, completed checkpoints, mutation protection, format mismatch, and conflicting evidence.
