Known-parameter adaptive trials previously appeared in results without joining NSGA-II generations; imported completion also bypassed constraint processing. Queued/retried trials now register their generation through the public sampler API. Imports create pending trials, register the generation, and complete through normal tell so constraints reach selection. Interrupted imports resume the same trial id, including duplicated input rows.
Closes #164.
The adaptive extra now requires Optuna >=4.5, which exposes the public generation/population APIs used here. Normal sampled trajectories remain unchanged.
Validation:
just ci; public population/parent inspection covers queued, retried and imported constrained observations plus a full imported population. Crash/reopen tests inject an interruption before registration and verify no duplicate trial. The session/warm-start suite also passes on isolated Optuna 4.5.0 (34 tests) and the current release.
