Adds a runnable synthetic assay study and guide showing external unit-cost lookup annotations alongside cost as an explicit Pareto objective. Categorical assay labels and continuous thresholds are screened over replicated means, then four retained designs are refined using more synthetic cases. The script prints both cost paths and explains that annotations alone do not add optimization objectives.
All numeric costs and response distributions are invented illustrative inputs, not measured assay performance. Adds the guide to navigation and the runnable example to CI.
Closes #83.
