The serosurvey notebook now addresses a public presentation audience directly, opening with the survey decision and using discussion questions to explain cost, accuracy, representation and changing priorities. Presenter planning, setup and export instructions live in the guide; setup cells are collapsed and can be omitted from the HTML presentation copy.
The notebook retains the scientific assumptions, limitations, references and technical appendices. Executable analysis and saved numerical results and figures are unchanged.
Validation:
just cipassed (605 tests, 97.68% coverage); notebook format/lint and strict documentation build passed; fresh-kernel notebook execution and HTML export passed. The exported HTML was checked for hidden setup inputs and all four figures.
