Draw jg-skills' jg/ mark from jg-personal-astro-ui - #11

The homepage's jg-skills bridge draws the lowercase jg/ mark with the package's JgMark instead of a copy of the old JG/ monogram, which is removed. Astro moves to 7.4.0, the package's minimum. The site's own header, favicon, logo, and open-graph image keep the Agentic Coding mark.
