Add a --markdown flag to dispatch compare that renders the session comparison as Markdown tables and lists for pasting into issues and PRs. --markdown and --json cannot be combined. Adds a
--markdownoutput format todispatch compare, matching the Markdown option already onstats,tags, andinfo.dispatch compare <a> <b> --markdownrenders the session comparison as Markdown: a header table of the two session IDs, a metadata differences table, and bulleted lists for checkpoint titles and file/ref diffs. This makes it easy to paste a comparison into an issue or PR.--markdownand--jsoncannot be combined (returns a clear error).markdownCellhelper so pipes and backticks keep the tables valid.Closes #426
