Add a --markdown flag to dispatch views (and views list) that renders the active view and a table of saved views with their filter settings. --markdown cannot be combined with --json or --csv. Adds a
--markdownoutput format todispatch views, matching the Markdown option already ontagsandstats.dispatch views --markdown(anddispatch views list --markdown) prints the active view followed by a Markdown table of each saved view name and its summarized filter settings, so you can paste your view configuration into an issue or PR.--markdowncannot be combined with--jsonor--csv(returns a clear error).markdownCellhelper so pipes and backticks keep the table valid.Closes #428
