Adds static, Debian, Arch, Windows normal-policy, and Windows AllSigned validation for the current chezmoi architecture. Integration jobs use exact-commit local bare remotes, non-root Linux users, WinGet repair before AllSigned, CMD signing bridge assertions, update fixtures, create-only checks, signatures, module/profile loading, idempotency, and clean chezmoi/Git state. README documents CI scope and hosted Windows limitations.
