What this changes
Bumps zod to 4.6.7 and hono to 4.13.13, updates body-parser, qs, fast-uri and ip-address in the lockfile, and moves the image to Bun 1.4.4, npm 12.2.1 and uv 0.12.19 (CI Bun aligned to 1.4.4).
Why
The weekly Trivy scan of 0.2.5 reported new advisories; the zod DoS (CVE-2023-54404) is reachable through request validation, the rest clear OpenSSL, uv and transitive findings. Only the undici and ip-address copies bundled inside npm remain until npm ships an update.
