arXiv LaTeXML footnotes keep their body in a hidden span.ltx_note_outer next to the marker, which was removed with the rest of the hidden markup. Replace each note with a reference to its body.

LaTeXML (arXiv) keeps each footnote body in a hidden
span.ltx_note_outernext to its marker, so the body was removed with the rest of the hidden markup. Each note is now replaced with a reference to its body.On the GPT-4 technical report (https://arxiv.org/html/2303.08774) this restores the bodies of 11 distinct footnotes across 79 references (85 → 164 footnotes; the author-list note is repeated 68 times, as in the source).
