python-spoolman: Poetry → uv

Migration: Poetry → uv (see the epic and Rollout view).

Dependency: validated Gridnet pilot and updated pypackage-template. Batch order is provisional; implementation has not started.

Acceptance criteria:

• Agree the migration recipe after the pilot; decide explicitly whether to retain or change the build backend.
• Review pyproject metadata, dependency groups and Python support; preserve runtime dependency constraints and explain unavoidable lock resolution changes.
• Add and validate uv.lock; remove obsolete Poetry configuration and poetry.lock when the replacement is verified.
• Update local development commands, examples where applicable, pre-commit hooks and package-local CI/release workflows.
• Review Renovate lockfile maintenance, caching, publishing and required-check names; preserve working security and Bluesky behavior.
• Run a clean environment sync, typing, linting, tests and existing coverage/snapshot checks.
• Build and inspect wheel/sdist metadata and included license files; verify installation from the built wheel.
• Merge the PR and verify relevant default-branch checks before marking Done; record any live-release validation still outstanding.
