FW 13.xx no longer exports sceAppInstUtilAppInstallTitleDir, so the home-screen tile never registered. Fall back to sceAppInstUtilAppInstallAll, which rescans /user/app. Track successful registration with a receipt file so leftover files from a failed attempt don't count as installed. Release ELF rebuilt against the current ps5-payload-dev SDK; the 0.0.6 release binary did not start on 13.60. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
