…file sections Adds the og/twitter meta block to base.html (with per-page overrides the redesign already defined), restores the saved-projects panel and progress meter on index, re-adds the share toast, renders explore project cards with the class the tests expect, restores Account Management on profile, passes config to the profile route, and emits POSIX-style paths from the starter code validator. Fixes 28 CI failures.

Improves the scroll-to-top button on mobile viewports so it no longer overlaps footer links, filter buttons, or action cards, and meets mobile touch-target accessibility.
