feat: enforce character limit and add counter to contact form

Description

The contact form previously allowed unlimited text input, which could fail backend constraints or clutter the database. This adds client-side character limits and a live remaining-character counter.

Changes

• \src/templates/contact.html:
  • Added \maxlength\ to name (100), email (254), and message (1000) fields.
  • Added a remaining-character counter under the message textarea.
  • Counter turns yellow when under 20% of the limit remains and red at the limit.
  • Added .char-counter\ styles for normal / warn / danger states.

Acceptance Criteria

• Textarea input has a character limit enforced
• Character counter changes styling as the user approaches the limit
