C#: a member or local named `field` inside a property accessor binds to C# 14's `field` keyword, so the getter silently returns the synthesized backing field (0) instead of the member, and a local named `field` fails with CS9273

Python and JavaScript still leave `decimal`, `char` and enum-typed fields unset (`None`/`undefined`), so `self.balance += x` raises TypeError and `mode == Mode.Off` is False

A local marked "Inferred" whose initialiser is a typeless list drops its declared type: C# `var xs = [1, 2];` (CS9176), Go `xs := {1, 2}` (syntax error), C++ `std::initializer_list`, Rust array
