This version isn't tracked in dependencies.yaml, which is why it fell behind the other Go bumps. Could you add it as a refPath on the golang (latest) entry so verify-dependencies catches it next time?

    match: "_GO_VERSION: \"\\d+.\\d+(alpha|beta|rc)?\\.?(\\d+)?\""

That entry is at 1.27.2 right now, so it would need to move to 1.27.3 in this PR too, or this file should use 1.27.2 to match. Also, images/releng/gcb-docker-gcloud/README.md still says golang:1.26.5-alpine3.24. Could you update that as well?
