site: lean landing with a live replay of the measured run - #328

The landing page now leads with Fanout's measured ingest and real product captures, with no hand-drawn visuals. - Hero: a uPlot replay of the v2026.10.8-alpha sustained mixed phase. Points are trailing five-second rates from Fanout's accepted-row counters. The headline and legend show the five-minute averages, and the live rate appears beside the replay clock. Without JavaScript, or with reduced motion, the complete run renders as SVG. uPlot loads on the landing page only. - A stat band, then three captures from a Fanout instance receiving the OpenTelemetry Demo: the System overview, the service map and a trace waterfall, in light and dark to match the site theme. - The Preview, Contrast, Pipeline, Benchmark and Refusals sections are removed; the limits they listed move to status/capabilities. - site/scripts/benchmark-data.mjs derives the data module from a fanout-bench report, and check-benchmark-numbers.mjs keeps the README and docs figures in line with it. - `just landing-captures` refreshes the captures from the seeded e2e server or an existing instance. - The replay figure spans the content width (1080 px at 1440) under a two-line introduction. Its chart runs the full width and stays above the fold at 1440 x 900. - Capture rows put the heading and sentence above a full-width image instead of alternating columns, so the product is about 60% larger. The overview capture omits the sidebar, and the service map is cropped to the graph's bounds. - The stat band uses a grid that wraps cleanly: three columns on tablets, and on phones the throughput link above a two-by-two grid. - Sections share one set of spacing values, and small figure text is at least 12 px.
