Summary

  • Replace both workflows with Homebrew's current brew tap-new templates (pinned actions, scoped permissions, per-runner bottle artifacts, build provenance attestation).
  • brew pr-pull is now run manually from the Actions tab with a PR number instead of via a pr-pull label; it uploads bottles to a GitHub Release on this repo, adds the bottle block and pushes to main.
  • Build matrix: macos-15 (arm64), macos-15-intel (x86_64), macos-26, and Linux in Homebrew's container.
  • README documents the release flow.

Test plan

  • brew test-bot --only-tap-syntax passes on every runner in this PR
  • Next formula-bump PR produces bottles_* artifacts on each runner
  • Running brew pr-pull on that PR publishes a release and pushes a bottle block

Adopt Homebrew's current tap workflow templates: test-bot builds bottles
per platform on pull requests, and a manually dispatched pr-pull workflow
uploads them to GitHub Releases, writes the bottle blocks and pushes to
main. Build on macos-15 (arm64), macos-15-intel (x86_64), macos-26 and
Linux so most users get a pre-built install.
