Local package builds could fail after Homebrew successfully verified the mobile tools because an analytics process remained in the owned CI process group.
Disable automatic updates and analytics only for this prerequisite check. Keep the existing process ownership guard and propagate missing-tool failures.
Validation: 37 focused tests passed on Node 24; the corrected Homebrew regression cases, scripts-only typecheck, and targeted formatting and lint passed, and the real Homebrew check reproduced the original failure and passed with this change. Local source review found no issues. GitHub CI will provide the full validation; local Quick CI was not run.
