Add: Ability to swap headings that start and end with geographic subjects
Update: a few shortcuts

There's a shortcut in the action menu that will take a GEO heading in the form GEO_A--subdivision--GEO_B and create GEO_B--subdivision--GEO_A. Catalogers need to provide both headings this reduces that work to a click.

The button will appear when Marva detects a heading that matches the pattern. This is based on:

  1. The component list begins and ends with components @type='http://www.loc.gov/mads/rdf/v1#Geographic'
  2. The component list begins and ends with components @type='http://www.loc.gov/mads/rdf/v1#GeographicElement'
  3. The marcKey starts with 151 and the last element begins $z

There are 3 ways Marva will attempt to do the swap:

  1. If all of the pieces in the heading have URIs, it'll swap the first and the last
  2. if there is only 1 uri, it'll swap the first and last parts of the label, do a known label search on that, and create a new subject from that result
  3. if there is no result, it'll enter the the heading as MARC

This also updates some shortcuts. Short cuts that use ctrl+alt... are often used by Macro diacritics, change some to ctrl+shift...

Take out of `LookupComplex.vue` and split up in `ActionButton.vue` and
`profile.js`

Short cuts that use `ctrl+alt` are often used by Macro diacritics,
change those to `ctrl+shift`
"exact match" search wasn't working as it should. 8080 returns subject
entities and those needed to be filtered out. It also returns more than
1 result.
