Introduces
Negligibleas an abbreviation for Mathlib'sSuperpolynomialDecayat natural security parameters. Adds the three facts used by the security-game and hybrid developments: zero is negligible, pointwise comparison preserves negligibility for nonnegative bounds, and polynomially bounded natural factors preserve negligible decay.The polynomial-loss proof uses the eventual power bound from
PolynomiallyBoundedand Mathlib's existing decay lemmas. It also applies to signed error functions.Depends on #1067.
Originally composed with Claude Code; revised with Codex to retain the API needed by the remaining crypto stack.
