…positories on live surfaces The workspace install reads only the root bun.lock (the starter qualification itself requires "one root bun.lock"), so the six member lockfiles under packages/ were never consulted. Four of them still resolved @libre-ai/governance, @libre-ai/ui, @libre-ai/web-platform and @libre-ai/auth-web through github: dependencies on repositories retired on 2026-10-07 (ADR-0041). The member REUSE download locations named the retired starter, testing, ui and web-platform repositories; they now name libre-ai/application-development-toolkit, as schemas-and-contracts did for its members (#8). The brand reference proof links pointed at libre-ai/governance and now point at libre-ai/project-governance; brand/reference.html is regenerated by brand/build-reference.tsx, not edited. The local composition links resolve the served branch with blob/HEAD instead of a hardcoded main the repository does not serve. Left untouched: docs/portfolio-material.json (owner material), the historical "held by libre-ai/ui" lines of README.md and project.v1.yaml, the test sample in packages/ui/src/evidence.test.tsx, and the intentional 8a27b8f5 diagnostic sites.
